Happy December!
I can't believe this is the last month of 2014. It's still pretty crazy how this year has gone by so quickly but I am excited to "begin" again and unfold new opportunities in 2015. But let's not get all sentimental and memorable just yet since we still have the rest of December to get through.

I'm not the biggest fan of winter. I'm a summer baby which means sunshine lovin' for me all day everyday. So when it comes to cold weather, I am not the happiest of persons. But I won't lie, there are some aspects of winter that warm me up inside (corny pun, sorry not sorry). Some of these things include holiday drinks like peppermint mocha, tons and tons of hot chocolate, beanies and scarves and mittens, my favorite holiday movie "Love Actually",  gift giving with friends. So maybe I'm secretly a winter baby at heart. On chilly days, I prefer to stay indoors cozying up underneath my blankets with my fuzzy socks. And I live in knit cardigans and sweaters. I was super freaking excited to receive Reverie NY's pale blue top and gray skirt and necklace. I absolutely adore their simple designs and unique details like the slit detail in the skirt. The colors reminded me of a soft winter that's why I paired it with my chunky knit cardigan and favorite knit beanie to play up the lazy day in look. The outfit was really comfortable and something I'd definitely wear on a wintery Sunday.

Let's make this month last!

Cheerfully yours,
Mai Sunshine
